Lectures ~~~ Meditation ~~~ Questions & Answers
We are happy to invite you for the lecture program with Kristian Zacho (Denmark), Lama Ole Nydahl’s student.
Lectures are a great opportunity to learn about Buddhism, to deepen the understaning of the Buddhist teachings and to ask questions. Each lecture will be followed by a guided meditation. The lectures are suitable for beginners as well as for those who are already practicing.

The lectures will be in English with a translation into Hebrew.

About the teacher:
Kristian Zacho works as a history and sport teacher.
He lives together with his wife Jana and three kids in Loland (south Denmark).
Kristian took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 2001 and teaches Buddhism since 2007.
