Lena about herself:
I took Refuge with Lama Ole in 1992. Soon after that I started translating for travelling teachers in Russia. In January 1998 my husband and I moved into the current Moscow center, and since then we have been living there, together with two other friends.
In September 1998 Lama Ole asked me to teach on his behalf.
Currently I am living in the same Moscow center, teaching History of Buddhism at the Oriental university, working as an editor in a publishing house, and editing Russian Buddhism.ru magazine and Lama Ole's books.
